Executed independent experimental research for my B.Sc. thesis, 'Feasibility Study on the Automated Printing of Cell-Laden Anisogels for Cartilage Repair', within the TriggerINK project supervised by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Laura De Laporte. Investigated hydrogel based cell-laden constructs, optimized robotic bioprinting routines, maintained mammalian cell cultures, and conducted viability and morphological assays.

Supported biomaterials research at RWTH Aachen University. Executed end to end wet lab workflows including bacterial transformation, high yield protein expression, IMAC purification via ÄKTA systems, and analytical characterization using SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Bradford assays, and Multiplex Capillary Electrophoresis (MP-CE).
